Of course, you can select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to pick up your piece.
Yes, we require a signature to make sure your jewelry arrives safely.

Of course, we offer a 7-day return policy. You are allowed to exchange or return your pieces 7 days from delivery. Just make sure that the items are returned unworn and in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Returns aren’t free, you will be refunded the full amount minus the cost of shipping back and forth.
Unfortunately not. Because our bespoke and customized jewelry pieces are uniquely made just for you we can’t accept any returns or offer refunds. We can however always resize or make slight changes to the pieces if needed, just get in touch with us at arno@direggio.co.
Once we’ve received and processed your return we’ll be in touch to let you know your refund is on its way. It can take up to 5-10 business days for us to process your return.
We exclusively use high-quality, low-impact materials for all of our rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. That means solid, 18-karat gold and ethically sourced diamonds.
Our diamonds are locally sourced in Antwerp, the diamond capital of the world. We work with diamond suppliers with whom we have worked for generations and who are compliant with the Kimberley Process and only provide conflict-free diamonds.
